4th oct

Its the first sunday of the month and we are positive.

Day wanted to start low, but God was showing us something.

Gratitude is everything. My phone screen got bad as I had lay on it and I felt troubled. Like Lord, expenses? But I looked to the bright side and said 'it will teach me a lesson not to put my phones on my bed again.

The 5am club gang. I now stop phone palava by 8pm. Discipline is what we need for success! All glory to God.

 I just discovered depression weight loss does nothing on your abs.

On my second 3 weeks abstinence from rice, bread, spag , milk and cocoa and byproducts.
